Sponsor meeting rooms will be assigned based on availability. Sponsors can host client meetings in their dedicated meeting room during show hours Wednesday, October 26 – Friday, October 28.
Meeting Room Hours:
- Wednesday, October 26, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday, October 27, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday, October 28, 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Meeting rooms are located on the lower convention level under the Cristal Ballroom.
- Setup: Meeting room will be set boardroom style for 18.
- Food & Beverage: If you would like to arrange food and beverage in your meeting room, please reach out to Caroline Whitaker at [email protected] and she will put you in touch with the Wynn to make arrangements. All food and beverage will be billed to your team directly. Orders need to be placed no later than October 7, 2022
- Audio Visual: There is NO audio visual included in the setup of your meeting room, but each room has a built in screen and audio visual that your team can arrange through the Wynn. Please reach out to Caroline Whitaker at [email protected] and she will put you in touch with the Wynn AV to make audio visual arrangements. All AV fees and rentals will be billed to your team directly. Orders need to be placed no later than October 7, 2022
- Branding/Signage: Your team will be allowed to place one (1) standard pull up banner, 33.5″x79″ is the maximum size, outside of your meeting room. The Auto Finance News team has will remove or adjust any signage outside of your meeting space if it does fit within the outlined size or is blocking another sponsors room.
