Robert Senz is a Vice President and Director of Talent Enablement. A PNC employee for 13 years, Robert maintains oversight for firm-wide talent planning & development, succession management, performance strategies and delivers consultation and talent analysis to inform business objectives.
Prior to his current role, Robert was a Director of Recruiting for PNC’s Shared Services & Corporate Functions with accountability for the development and execution of critical talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and develop top diverse talent.
Robert earned a B.A. in Economics from Dickinson College.
