Attorney, Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Financial Practices
Colin Hector is an attorney in the Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Financial Practices.
In that role he has lead and second-chaired numerous enforcement cases, including matters in which the FTC obtained litigated temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and summary judgment orders. He has also authored Congressional testimony on debt collection, as well as consumer protection and the military community. Mr. Hector is a graduate of Berkeley Law.
